Little Caesars Pizza - Brewer

I have worked at this restaurant and can share that they do not have proper dishwashers. The pans are rarely washed; they are just wiped down with a towel and not cleaned thoroughly. The manager behaves like a child on a power trip, delegating his responsibilities to the assistant. I really don't see any reason to work here – it's a disappointing environment overall.

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. I placed an online order, but they couldn't locate it and simply shrugged it off in a rude manner. After I showed them the confirmation code and pointed out that they had opened a door to an available slot, a staff member eventually came out and found my order. There wasn't even an apology for the inconvenience. When I mentioned the lack of an apology, a young girl with pink and black hair argued with me and was completely disrespectful.

The manager was quite rude. He ignored me at the front desk while he counted an entire cash drawer. After that, he went to wash his hands, and another staff member told me to wait for him to return.

Pizza was good. Manager would not honor the price of all the signage stating the prices had gone up recently and he hadn 't had a chance to change the signs. Lunch specials were advertised as hot and ready I waited 15 minutes while he made and cooked my pizza.

DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE TOU LEAVE!! Came in today and placed my order, pretty simple items: two classic pepperoni and two orders of crazy bread. What I was given was completely WRONG: a cheese pizza, a stuffed crust pepperoni pineapple and mushroom pizza and two orders of stuffed crazy bread. How do you get an order soooooo wrong?!? If we decide to go back we are definitely checking everything before walking out.
