I visited this restaurant last night, and I had the worst experience ever! I arrived at 10:40pm and left at midnight and still hadn’t received my food. My waitress appeared to be confused and unable to provide any concrete answers. She just kept coming to the table apologizing. There were several people who came in after us, and received food before us. We asked to speak to the manager, and instead of him coming out to speak with us, he sent the barmaid, who I believe was sent only because she was the same race as us.

Carmen was very enthusiastic, kind, thoughtful and very knowledgeable with all the questions we had. Planned to eat and leave but enjoyed her company so we stayed for a few drinks.

Great service. Very professional. Mia and Keyton were great!
