Le Tripura - Brest

Welcome always warmer! each menu with different spices makes you travel, it’s a pleasure! I recommend this restaurant located in the halls of Saint-Louis on rest without hesitation! It's always a happiness to come back to that, and we're going out with a smile of satisfaction!

Superb culinary experience in tripura. I made Indian restaurants (the best until tonight was a lyon), all over them! a single dish for vegetarians, but very rich and it is a farandole of flavors that offers you. Everything is good: from the cumin cake of the ice cream aperitif of the house, to the 3 sauces and the naïan cheese. a small dish to my taste: the presentation of dessert in a small bowl. There is a lack of accompaniment (boudoir, chat language, effile almonds. Especially for 5 euros. count 27€ of naïan drink dessert.

The restaurant staff is wonderful. However, the food is the opposite. I ordered chicken tiki masala and lamb. I asked the host to make it spicy. The sauce for both meats was so bland, not spicy whatsoever. The garlic nan was good. For the 2 meats, a glass of red wine and 2 garlic nan, my bill totaled 44EUR. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

Lovely food, specially vegiterian (did not eat meat so no comments on how it was). Tried the Veggi thali and it was amazing. I love hot food so asked the cook to make it Indian Hot and he did the job, it was really nice to eat a good indian cuisine in a resturant after long.

I wish I had a photo of the vegetarian platter (which they made vegan for my co workers), but it was very delicious, and gone too soon. I also had the shrimp madras, and it was excellent. Service is great, and the restaurant is spacious and clean.
