Jack In The Box - Brenham

The egg rolls were really good I have to say.My Teriyaki Chicken Bowl did Not have enough chicken in it. We bought 2 bowls. My husband's Chicken Teriyaki Bowl had about the regular amount of chicken in it.I also got a bit less rice than I am used to, the same with the amount of teriyaki sauce.The amount of teriyaki sauce was sparse on both bowls.I was a bit disappointed that I hardly got any chicken and we paid full price of course.The egg rolls were really good. My husband and I shared a 3 piece.I still give it all a 5 stars, because the food was good but i guess I could have given a 4 stars, but well ...

We did not go in to the restaurant but I stopped there to get my mom something to eat

Chicken tenders were dry, hard, salty and cold. The order taker was rude.

Each time I order tacos they are never hot I always get cold ones. The ultimate cheeseburger was good along with curly fries.

So it is 6:30 p.m. on a Saturday night.. I drove around all day expecting the Jack in the Box at Brenham to be opened. We wanted to eat inside the lobby..got off, checked the side door, it was closed , I could see employees in the front, so we walked to the front entrance, I wiggled the door... it was closed. Now, it would have been nice if the employees put up a sign saying .. drive thru only... The employee did a hand gesture signifying it was closed and seemed like they were laughing at us. We got back in our car and decided to go to SONIC, while I was making my order for that restaurant, several vehicles pulled up to the drive thru but that was closed too? Again if they claim to be open 24hrs.. the owners/managers should really check their staff, because this particular Jack was closed by 6:30pm.
