Pho Real - BRECKENRIDGE

This restaurant serves the best pho in Summit County! The food is absolutely phenomenal. It is conveniently located near the gondola and offers super fast and friendly service. The restaurant is clean and comfortable, and the delicious smells of the food drew my friend and me in. The owner is welcoming and personable, and took the time to chat with us and share his background in Vietnamese cooking. He has received extensive training from a famous pho master in Vietnam and puts in hours daily to perfect the broth, resulting in a high-quality and flavorful dish. The owner and staff are clearly knowledgeable and passionate about the food they serve. The spring rolls were incredibly fresh, and they also offer a variety of other menu items, including sandwiches and breakfast on weekends. Beer and wine are available to complement your meal. The prices are incredibly affordable for a ski resort town. I have tried other restaurants claiming to have good pho in the area, but this one is definitely my favorite. I highly recommend it!

Good pho in the mountains of Colorado, with an intimate atmosphere. Okay, it's a small shop, but nice.

I absolutely adored this restaurant. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. Some of the best pho I have ever tasted.

Delicious!!! Had the vegan broth with tofu pho and it was gone in no time at all. Well worth the wait for you all to open!

The broth was delicious, with all the "nasty" bits like tendon and tripe present and accounted for. The small portion size was surprisingly large, and I was so satisfied that I felt like I died after finishing it. I would rate it 11 out of 10 and highly recommend it.
