Taste Of Thai - Brattleboro

Wonderful. We have three tried to open them (some kind of mechanical difficulties with the food truck. But when we did, it was worth waiting. We had both dinners, went back and ordered four more dinners for the street. (Our next AirBnb is in NH, in the middle of nowhere. Everything was delicious!

To be honest when I stopped at this food truck, we just finish with dinner in Panasian and craved boba tea passing through this food truck at 6:59 pm, which she closed at 19:00, my husband turned to the parking lot that we saw couples still stand on the food, so I used it and felt lucky that she was still open. Unfortunately, they ran boba tea for the night and since I really curious about their food I ordered a basil fried rice with chicken and an egg roll. My husband can't believe we had our dinner and I still order food from them. I told him I could do it for the next day since I was Thai food loooove. Overall, I'm glad I got a court and was delicious. Too bad we were just a tourist in this area, otherwise I will get the food from them more often, especially their prices are so reasonable and affordable. Wish you luck and hopefully we will see you again in the future!

They tried some of their curries there (red and green) and they were very good. Really friendly owners.

As a person who spent a considerable time in Thailand, I can assure you that Taste of Thai brings back to the streets of Bangkok every time I take a bite! Authentic and spicy. If you are lucky, mango will be sticky rice in the season (and I recommend you some if it is)!

Excellent road side food truck! Some of the best Thai food I 've ever had! (And I 've experienced a lot of Thai food around the world! I love their Drunken Noodles! This dish is the best I 've ever had from any Thai place anywhere. I always get spice level #1 (mildest as for me it gives a slight kick and allows the other flavors to come through nicely. (They do go to 10 or beyond for spiciness if you like. But it 's real, legit spiciness! None of this fast food spicy stuff. The family which runs this place is always friendly and smiling and accommodating to any special requests. Definitely give this place your business! I know I will be for years.
