Clock Block - Bratislava

Lot of various beers on tap. Food selection is limited, but I consider as an advantage because then they are able to master preparation (and they do). It's little bit tricky to get there, but do not give up it will pay off if you get there.

The pub is quite small, but very cosy. The food is simply amazing and I recommend trying everything you can. Especially home made pathe. They serve local craft beers (Czech and Slovak mostly). There is a nice terrace to enjoy during the warmer days.

It kinda surprised me than even on this side of Danube in Bratislava there are very good reataurants. This interesting place has a lot to offer. Nice atmosphere several beers to pick from and great cusine. It offers daily menu also a'la carte to pick from. In the evening it is a perfect place to stop by for beer with friends.

This restaurant was recommended by the barman at Hangout Bar. The walk was about 20 minutes from the main tourist street (Michalska). We went in the daytime to check out the place and we are glad we did as we definitely needed to book for later that evening (Friday). The feel of the restaurant was casual and laid back and we were made to feel very welcome. The lighting was very appropriate and helped to create the atmosphere. The menu was varied to cater for lots of tastes the beef dripping soup was absolutely delicious! There are lots of beers, including craft beers, to choose from and they are kept very well. The staff were very attentive and helped to explain the dishes. Very highly recommended.

Hidden gem ! No one speaks anything other than slovenian but “hand and feet” language is no problem . Ask for their own beer , very good . The pigsknee is to die for !
