I visited this restaurant through the drive-thru because the lobby has been closed for a year. After placing my order, there was a system failure and they were unable to accept any form of payment. My order of 4 ice creams sat there and melted while I waited. Eventually, I was able to pay in cash, but only if I had exact change. I only had enough exact change for 2 ice creams, so the other two were left unpaid for. This experience was a clear lack of customer service and care. The rest of the staff seemed inexperienced and unhelpful.
The staff member who assisted us in deciding what to order had a negative attitude when I answered my fiance's questions. We did not appreciate the poor attitude. The blizzards were tasty, but they should treat customers with more respect. It's not about the money, but the service from the staff member who helped us.
They have a great menu and the best for me is the first beer Sunday
We were for an ice-cream. the lobby is closed so that we were forced to deal with it through the passage that was certainly not our choice. the coworker who took care of us was as if we were a huge inconvenience that asked for a cake, and when we asked if we had written “Happy Birthday” on it, she actually sighed loud so that we never said. not a good opportunity to treat customers, buy an overpriced $27 cake! I'll go somewhere else next time.
