Wendy's - Branson

As always, eating was absolutely excellent! I love her young bacon cheeseburger with pickel, wobble, extra salate and extra tomate! and her fries with sea salt -ymmm! the staff is always friendly, friendly and helpful.

Had a terrible experience they messed up my burger twice and all I wanted was a hamburger mayo lettuce tomato that's it no sides or drink ended up with a chicken sandwich went back through and they gave me a cheese burger with everything. Not going there again for a while.

Was there at 7:53 a.m. to get breakfast. Apparently they don't open at 7 as advertised called and was told the opener didn't show up. Maybe you should have more than 1 opener.This location always has issues. The lunch food is never fresh and the employee's aren't friendly.

A person with kind of red hair was doing fryers scratching her face rubbing her nose rubbing her eyes and putting fries to serve to customers without washing her hands. It's not that busy. I got a medium Frosty where the Frosty it's an inch and a half below the lip of the cup I haven't even looked at the hamburger yet because the person doing the french fries disgusted me so much I really don't even feel like eating anymore. Also I don't know whether the guys homeless or not but there's somebody sleeping right next to the door where you come in at a table the floors are filthy I'm kind of afraid to go in the bathrooms to see what they're like. Needless to say I will never return to this Wendy's enjoy the money you're getting today spend it wisely because you'll never get any more of mine.

The food isn't as good as it used to be. And I know that things have to change but the quality of the food was poor.
