The food was great, but the service was horrible 10-22-17 1:30pm. With a place like this, you kinda expect fancy, but we got McDonald's type service. Overall, it was not good. The cons outweighed the pros. The table was sticky and dirty, I had to get my own chopsticks, silverware, and napkins, and they even gave us a dirty high chair. We're laid back and peaceful, and we're not complainers, but we did have to work and you shouldn't have to in this type of restaurant.

Good evening Yelpers. So, yes I am here again. One of my favorite spots. So...customer service. The front hostess, Nashly, was not having a good evening. It showed all over her face. : . But because I love this place I did not let it bother me The chef, Rain, is ALWAYS on point. So much so that I always request him when I dine in. We had him tonight and because of this I can yelp about it early. Why? Because he is always so consistent! If you ever come directly e in I strongly recommend that you ask for him!!!

I just ate here with a party of 6 we were a walk in on a Saturday night. Cheesecake Factory had a 45 min wait and PF Chang was around 2 hours. They had no issues accommodating us. Service at the hostess stand was great! Once seated our waiter promptly took our drink order and brought out salad and soup. Delicious. Probably the best ginger dressing ever! Soup was flavorful also. Once the chef came he prepared our dinner. Steak and chicken were expertly prepared. Rice was o so good. Noodles, eh but the seasoned sauce they give you for them was delicious. Veggies were the standard onions, zucchini, broccoli, and carrots. Each meal gets a shrimp app, 2 little shrimpies. Now, this is where got a little rough. I believe because by this time the restaurant was packed. Our waiter seemed to disappear. Drinks did go dry and it took a while for the bill. All in all tho. This is now my go to place for hibachi style dinner.

I really like this place. It 's cool to watch your food get cooked right in front of you. There is so much food they give you as well. I can never finish anything I order. I took my son here for his 21st birthday last Monday 10/9/17. We were sat at a table with 7 other people. That was ok, I mean it 's how they have the tables set up anyways. The cook we had was funny and kept us entertained. It is a bit pricey, $95 for three people before tip, but that 's the old saying You get what you pay for . There is a section in the front of the restaurant that you can sit and not have them cook the food in front of you. The décor is pretty cool also. The waitress we had was ok. Our drinks were empty and we were never asked if we wanted any more. That 's kinda a pet peeve of mine.

Made a reservation for 8:30. Had to wait for them to fill the table with just the most awesome strangers I want to eat with (sarcasm! who don 't show up until about 8:45. It 's 9:26 and I just got my salad . Saying I 'm hangry would be the understatement of the year. No chef in sight. Not happy nope nope nope.then they got our order wrong!
