Przekaż informację zwrotnąParduin Restaurant is part of Sorat Hotel Brandenburg. During our stay we have eaten twice in the evening. The top kitchen is offered at slightly elevated prices. The restaurant can of course also be visited by guests who do not live in the hotel. We noticed this on the first evening: many smaller dimples that came here after a meeting in the town hall or elsewhere. The menu changes after season. Currently, spring dishes were on the map. There was a section “Fit in the Spring” with lighter dishes. But the main card could also be seen. There was a table with asparagus dishes that brought the guests to the table. The first night we both took the asparagus foam off the table. Then there were pork medallions for me with scarves of kebel crust and supplements. My companion chose Burgundy meat on buttertagliatelle in aromatic red wine sauce. The food was excellent, the portions were very generous. Puh, we were sick! On the second evening we first took two main dishes, so we then shared the small cheese selection. This time my companion took the carving with asparagus from the table, I decided after some hesitation for the grill plate Parduin with Mediterranean vegetables and Lyon potatoes. Barbecue plates are often put together a bit in love. My doubts as to whether I had made the right choice should prove justified: the Lyon potatoes were normal, some fat roast potatoes. There were fried vegetables. The three pieces of meat were large and delicate. Overall, I was not entirely convinced of my food, would not order the grill plate again. My companion was very enthusiastic about his food. The parts were very lush again. The cheese selection for Dessert was a good choice: small cheeses, with fruit, baguette and salt bars. ****! The drinks had average to slightly increased prices. There was a good wine selection at very reasonable prices. The ambience of the restaurant was tasteful and hospitable. Warm colors, lots of wood and leather, on the walls bookshelves and pictures. As it should be for a restaurant of this class, the very young staff was friendly and accommodating. I noticed some little fauxpas. I tracked the name signs. How suspicious trainees. That was excused. We had a bottle of wine every night. I tasted the wines. Usually the bottle with the label is presented to the guest. The young man in the first night had the bottle in his hand without showing us the label. On the second evening a young lady who put the bottle on the table next to me. When she noticed that I looked at the label, she turned it in my direction – maybe she was already in the second year of training: We had a table in both nights. In the first night I didn't like the covered table because it had little light and was also right next to the entrance door. Then we were offered another table that gave me much better. For the second evening we reserved this table from the beginning. Overall we liked it at the restaurant Parduin. We can recommend it for a visit.
