The Green Man - Braintree

Stay with friends in the village at this weekend and had such a fantastic time in the green man. it is so clear to see how much the new renters take care of the experience of the customer. eating is homemade, with very generous portions. there is a good selection of drinks with good delicious beer and great wine, especially the local toppesfield bacchus. the pub is clean and well kept. the absolute jewel must be the beautiful beer garden, which has a breathtaking view of the landscape and a large area for children, walking around and playing. huge congratulations to the new management team so beautiful to see friendly faces behind the bar!

Under new management and my quality, which differs for one. visited a series of times since the new renters arrived this month and always a nice warm welcome, the pub is so clean and fresh. a really friendly place to go for a drink, the beer from the pumphouse brewery next door is now simply excellent. the care and attention given to the pub itself, the customer and the beer is a full breath of fresh air. 10/10.

Beautiful friendly people, we made our welcome tonight after Christmas tree turned on. had a fantastic meal there, felt very warm cozy, thanks to everyone

A good pint or a beautiful wine in the garden: simply perfect.

Warm welcome, good range of pub grub and local ales, some from the micro brewery next door. Well worth a try and it’s community owned to boot.
