The service was quick and the food nicely presented and delicious. A great price we thought as its quite expensive in Europe at the moment due to the pound.
Traditional raclette and pierrade available. We had a pierrade which was quite tasty. Wide choice on the kids menu as well.
I visited here a couple of years ago and had the most incredible salmon with sweet potato puree, and was very excited for my visit this month. Sadly I was a little disappointed; we were left for 20 minutes with only one menu between four, as they had run out - the restaurant wasn't even half full so I'd be interested to see how they'd managed with a full restaurant. Secondly, our drinks order, having taken a while to arrive, was wrong and thirdly just a personal preference, as someone with a nut allergy I did find the menu relatively limited. 3/5 as the first visit was absolutely sublime, but second was a little bit of a letdown.
We came here the other evening NEVER AGAIN ! The Waitress pointed to our table to sit at, we had to ask for a menu 20 mins into sitting our self's down that should have rung alarm bells, cut along story short the waitress served half our starter and told us its our fault for not asking for the rest! We then had no drinks on our table and got told again we should ask and then asked for a desert menu for our children and when she came to take order we decided we didn't want one and to then be screamed at and i mean whole restaurant went silent the waitress screamed at us so we complained to the acting manager and refused to pay for our starter which was half served to us and then best bit the waitress screamed at us again and said she will pay for all our food so we got up and walked out never to return to this vile place along with the vilest waitress I've ever come across i hope she gets sacked, as its not just us shes rude to friends have been and same happened to them.
Dined here one evening with my family (two teenaged boys) during a week's spring skiing in Les Arcs. Food is good, both the traditional Savoy specialities like fondue, as well as less local dishes such as salmon or duck.Service was a little inattentive at times (they were busy, but I had to get up to ask for a glass of wine ... for the third time, and to ask again for the bill) but the overall experience was good. We will be back.
