Panda Express - Bountiful

I ordered online, arrived on time and waited 30 minutes longer than my pickup time. While I was waiting, dozens of other customers came and were served immediately. When I asked again about my order (which was only 1 dinner plate!!! I was told they were waiting for something to be cooked and it would be 8-10 minutes. BTW, there were still half a dozen other online players waiting. My advice... do not try to save time by ordering online. It's absolutely ridiculous.

I preordered at 6:00 for a delivery at 19:30. Some food was delivered 15 minutes too late and it wasn't what I ordered. I order 2 larger plates, orange chicken x2, Angus Steak, Kung pao, spread beans chicken and sweet and sour chicken. What I received was a plate or orange chicken and cheese leaves. I called Panda and asked her for refund or re-delivery, they were not ready or unable to either of them, so now I have to counter the credit card fee. Panda wants to keep the money for a tip, delivery and food they didn't even deliver.

I ordered a plate with chow, orange chicken and Beijing beef. Instead of asking me to wait for a new batch of Beijing beef, they put the last three pieces and called it a whole portion. Not happy to pay the full price for a partial meal.

I have ordered a question from here some time and every time there, but today the cake is usually my food is wrong or it is old and cold and hard to eat, which is rough in itself, but today it was terrible the orange chicken was absolutely raw it looked like she stuck it in a microwave for 30 seconds and slapped sauce on it the Chow Neon was hard as crunchy I almost a tooth on the cream chips? d been sit so long and when I called to let them know, all they said was good that wasn't right and hanged on me absolutely terrible I?ll never go back!
