Olive Garden Italian - Bountiful

We had an excellent experience during our visit to this restaurant! Our server was fantastic. She was attentive and an excellent communicator. She even helped me recreate a dish I had at another restaurant. The food was served hot and fresh, and everything was delivered in a timely manner.

We were extremely impressed by the level of service at this Olive Garden. I want to commend the managers and trainers for doing a fantastic job of hiring and training the right people to provide excellent service. I also want to acknowledge everyone we interacted with for their hard work and friendliness. Everyone we encountered went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, making our experience truly memorable.

I'm disappointed with the timing at Olive Garden. They brought out our main course while we were still enjoying our appetizers and salad. By the time I finish my salad, my main course will be cold. The restaurant wasn't even busy, so there was no excuse for the poor service. Our server only had two tables to attend to, so there was no reason for the rush. The food itself was good as usual, but the temperature was off because of the premature serving. This affected the texture of the sauce, which congealed. The table was overcrowded, making it hard to enjoy our meal. I suggest they wait to bring out the main course until the table is ready. It seems like Restaurant 101, but it's been a while since I worked in the industry as a server and cook.

Love the brotsticks, could eat a million pounds of these babies! salat is also srumptious, suppe is mitte, but still good. alicia was our server, super funny, great to honestly interact. great dining room tbh and I love some brotsticks. also a tortellini and chicken log cabin, and alicia was concerned.

We were served by Lily at the Bountiful location, she was great, very observant…… we didn’t have to asked for our refills, she pleasantly asked if we would like refills. She was attentive and very welcoming. The food was on point I got seafood pasta, my husband had the halibut and it was moist and delicious. Thank you so much Lily for making our night very enjoyable at Olive Garden!
