Wow... I was amazed by the food quality! We took the Omakase menu, and each dish was full of surprises and tasty. Chef Luu Danh is very talented and friendly. We are happy to find this restaurant. We will be back! Thank you

We loved our experience at this authentic Japanese Restaurant. I’m pregnant, but I can’t stay away from sushi! So we picked a sushi place that was recommended to us, as having really fresh fish. The chef came to see us and suggested a special menu. Since it was our 1st time and my husband only goes for me (doesn’t like sushi) we went with a la carte options. He got a chicken teriyaki that was extremely tasty. The meal was warm, had a good amount of rice and delicious chicken and a very generous amount of sautéed veggies. Needless to say he was really happy with his choice. I had the 17 piece sushi combo, which contained mostly sashimi and maki sushi. The ensemble was just exquisite! The fish melts in your mouth, even the soy sauce, the ginger and wasabi were really really good. Prior to that, I had a soup that contained pieces of fish, scallops and shrimp that was suggested by the chef himself. As soon as I took a bite, I teared up for how good it was. As a side note, it may have been my hormones acting up, but nonetheless, it was out of this world delicious! We will be visiting Hamachi Sushi again and again in the future!
