You can go through the level access doors and there you have a friendly, local double-sided bar with a level of dog friendliness. There's calm music. The tables cover the bar so in their easy to order from almost everywhere. There are also some offshoot stands for more privacy, but these will not be wheelchair accessible. There is no wheelchair accessible toilet. I used the ladies' toilet with a Q200R chair and my chair is a larger size than the market type. However, my frame came through the first door to the ladies also with a gentleman sitting at the corner. It then took some skills to the corner (with smaller door) to the actual ladies loo. Once inside, you need to get off the outside with the help of the bars if you are not mobile. So you have to leave your chair before the inner entrance. It's pretty safe because they have to get through three doors before they're outside the pub! Better yet, take a friend and they can also enjoy it! A person with a walker or with a certain level of ambulance will be able to use this pub easily. See photos for general loo furnished.
The Seacourt was our choice for cocktails to celebrate big birthdays. Although yesterday Blizzard meant that my friend I saw snowmen as we arrived, the friendly welcome was a great beginning. The pub is a small jewel, bright, clean, warm cozy. We planned on one with a few drinks, but stayed for the evening, it was with a wide range of local families visitors. A great evening thanks to the bar staff who have worked our cocktail requirements perfectly and to Norman!
Great setup! Cosy and cozy here! Thank you for the warm welcome of the Ukrainians who were forced to land in England. Good luck and prosperity, dear friends!
Great friendly pub to go for a drink or some food with friends or family. Tracey and Katy are very welcoming and will provide you service with a smile. It is good pub atmosphere with many special events laid on to suit everyone from Bingo, Disco's, guest Bands and public holiday events. It is also a great place to visit for your sporting fix as there is many TVs to allow your request to be catered for.
Well what can I say, absolutely brilliant pub. Local and friendly, staff make you feel right at home in this lovely old fashioned pub. Community is key here. The locals make it a home, are always friendly and you seem to get a lovely hello from every direction when walking in. Lagers a plenty, how many other pubs can you get a choice of 8 different lagers. I can honestly say that this pub truly knows how to serve good food and good drink. Plenty of action, packed throughout the week. You don't know what you're missing if you don't pop in on a Tuesday and Thursday afternoon for bingo. Well done staff of The Seacourt Bridge, you're smashing it.
