Maggiano's Little Italy - Boston

Didn’t take opentable reservations and did not inform us beforehand. Not able to accommodate us so we will NOT be back!

I check in on time for my reservation. The host staff asked me to stand to the side to be seated. And they ended up giving my table away which I specially asked for a booth to a couple that had just walked in after us. The staff then told me I had missed my table but it wasn't my fault and they seated me at a table in the middle of the room where I could see the couple who had our spot. We then had to ask our waiter for drink menus since we were never given any when we were seated.

Overall dining at Maggianos was a fun experience. Because we had 12 people, they offered us a private dining room. We ordered family style and there was a variety of choices. I was allowed to select two salads, two appetizers, to pastas, two meats, and two desserts for the group. Everyone went home happy and with a doggy bag.

We were promptly seated on a busy Friday night for our 7pm reservation. Our waiter was very prompt friendly. The food was fantastic! Will definitely be back!

The food was fantastic and the atmosphere was great! Best chicken piccata ever. Must try!!
