So happy to finally have this option here in shreveport. the silk is creamy and chocolaty like real ice. there are many vegan toppings to add.

This restaurant is simply amazing. The craftsmanship and skill displayed here are reasons enough to visit. And when you factor in the incredible flavors of their ice cream, it becomes even more delicious.

I made a special trip to this restaurant specifically for funnel cakes, only to find out they are no longer served. Disappointing. Instead, I ended up getting one scoop of ice cream in a dipped waffle cone for $7, plus an extra $2 for the cone. I also ordered a large smoothie, which turned out to be a 16oz cup filled mostly with solid ice cubes, a splash of fruit puree, and a few berries for $7. The taste was below average, so I can't give it a higher rating. I only gave it 2 stars because of the friendly service.

The workers here are very, very friendly they always greet you with a smile and they are ready to make your amazing order. I want to personally shout out 3 employees that are amazing to me every time I come, and that?s the manager he is amazing and his hair color is too a set of twin girls omg they ALWAYS make sure I?m done right and they take special care of my request every time I come ????! The whole crew is by far fantastic and I hope to continue to get great service every time I come ????, thank you guys keep up the amazing work!!!

I walked in and there were about 5 to 6 people working, there?s no one else in line just me and my kids so I waited and waited for about 3-4 minutes and none of these teenagers greeted us or asked may I help you? I told them are you guys going to help us?? They just looked at each other with smirk on their faces, won?t be going back.
