Chili's Grill - Bossier City

What should I say if they go, they will probably have a lot of devastated food, which seems like it came out of the freeze cabinet. when I had ordered myself out of a storm because of a power failure in my house, I waited a few minutes before the estimated waiting window. When I got the order, I thought they forgot something and they assured me they didn't. When I drove a few minutes to the street, they called and said they would forget something in my order. I'm sorry, but as soon as I'm on my way with the little ones, I'm sure I'm not. I even tipped to the order. I suppose it's what it is. only not the uplifted meal I was looking for this day.

Service was good, but the food was a little questionable. Shrimp smelled and tasted funky, chicken crispers were thin and grissly. The whole place was dingy and the floor in the ladies room was sticky to the point where sandals would come off your feet!

The food was awesome and the place was nice are only problem was it took us a wile to pay for are meals cause to of the tablets we used to pay for bill were not working correctly. (Would be nice to be given a opportunity to chose a another type of way to pay)

My all time favorite restaurant. This fajita trio was more than enough. I ended up getting double shrimp instead of a chicken side. Very very good. There was so much meat that I was able to eat quite a bit and still make 4 full tacos. Definitely a healthy option.

Walked in and walked back out within a few minutes! The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the hostess was nice when we walked in. This is quite possibly the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been in. If the front is that dirty who knows what the back of the house looks like! The windows and doors were so filthy as we walked up my husband instantly felt like he needed to go wash his hands. As we entered, you did not get a clean feel and it had a weird smell, not to mention the floors were dirty, even the sections that weren't being used that have the chairs up on the tables. My husband came back out from the bathroom and said that the mens bathroom was disgusting! The soap dispenser didn't work, paper towels were empty, the floors were gross and the smell was horrendous! We decided to leave and go elsewhere!! As a business owner, I understand hiring is impossible right now but it's up to management to make sure that the restaurant is clean and up to standards; Even if that means they clean the windows and bathroom themselves!
