Przekaż informację zwrotnąI know it's not just this Dunkin drive thru but 25 minutes for 4 cars is a bit of a stretch and if I hadn't ordered ahead I would have left plus the fact you can't get a donut if it's after noontime come on it's Dunkin donuts supposedly other thanslow and no donuts it's good
I am fairly new to the area and have become a regular at this store. I stop by atleast twice a day for my mocha pumpkin iced macchiato. The staff is always great! The man that I see almost everyday morning at the window is amazing! (Always remembers mylarge straw : drive thru wait time is better than alot of other stores (I have a dunks problem Ive been to many differentlocations and worked at many as well This location is hands down my new favorite!!
Yesterday I had to throw out my food do to maggots and dirt on it they need to be aware of this but when I call their line is always busy
I always order a medium Caramel swirl ice coffee. Lately employees don't even try to mix it up so the Caramel is always at the bottom of cup and I have to ask to have it stirred. And then yesterday was free medium hot or iced coffee with order forNational Coffee Day ?? and the girl trys to charge me for the ice coffee and I reminded her it was free for National Coffee Day. She says it hasn't been working today and I said I better get my coffee free, she say I'll try it. What do you know it workedlol I don't trust people like that, I think they charge and probably pocket the money. Think I'm gonna call corporate. ????
Absolutely terrible customer service. Especially from the 50 year old lady who decided it was okay to swear at customers. Imagine having 20 year old who have better customer service skills that people who were in the ?Golden Age?
