Being from Portsmouth,VA during the time when China Garden was the best in town, this China Garden is also. And believe me, I searched.
Shrimp lo mein was perfect for me. Will definitely come back to try their other dishes.
Soup was very good but my other orders were very disappointing. Bummed.
This restaurant is amazing! Best Chinese food I’ve ever had saying that I am Chinese! The black pepper chicken is phenomenal, probably my favorite thing on the menu! Highly recommended this place!
