We had lunch at The Contado and it was very nice. We had various pizza and pasta and we thought that the food was great. We also had to change table because it started raining outside and the waiter was most helpful. The restaurant was nice and clean as well, and the prizes was a little bit lower than other restaurants in the area.
The quality of the food didn't meet our expectations, especially the traditional food (Pizzoccheri and Maltagliati). The location was nice.
Overall the restaurant looks inviting from the outside lovely exterior and fairy lights...Menu looked promising for a family of four. The food was ok we just had pizzas in the end and drinks. They were average. Noticed that we weren't offered the bread basket unlike all the other diners was it because we were an English family???? Service needs to be improved especially as we were still charged the covers. Not sure I would recommend the place really.
We visited this restaurant for dinner. We were quickly shown to a table and the waiter service is ok. We chose to have two main course, one was a veal escalopes. . We also had the gorgonzola fillet steak. They were not bad but if we rate these two dishes we give 40/100. We also had some vegetables-good Fries-good Mushrooms- did not like House wine was ok.
