Beautiful beach club on the day, perfect beach restaurant at night! I feel so happy to have discovered this place. excellent place to spend the day, all the amenities to keep them at their happy place while enjoying the sea (lounge chairs, sunshades, sups, kajaks, eating, changing rooms, bathroom). delicious food for local seafood and ligurian specialties in the night. they even had a disco party. super fun!
Warm and sea atmosphere. the service is professional and with the typical Italian friendliness and hospitality. I recommend wonderfully cooked fish dishes!
This place is our favorite in the lungomare argentina, and we have lunch almost every day when we are on holiday in bordighera. I am not much of a fish or meat lover, but they have the freshest and most delicious salads, and my man loves...her frittomisto, salmon and thuna salad(salad nicoise). and they must try their half-freddo with mango and pistachios. the tight is also the best! grazie a tutti next year
I had been intending to return to Ristorante Maresol, another restaurant along the beautiful beach at Bordighera, but in typical fashion there was a handwritten sign that said Chiuso taped to the door. I wandered along the beach until I came to Marina Beach, which...didn't seem too promising, especially with the europop music blasting from their loudspeakers. After looking around for a few minutes elsewhere along the beach, I came back to this place. Inside, which was actually a covered outdoor terrace, the blaring music was hardly audible. Service was quick but warm and friendly, and the food was remarkably good for such a modest little place. I still think of it as one of the best meals I ever had. Wonderful spaghetti ai vongole, which I order in Italy often, and this one was among the best I've had), a more than generous plate of breaded, fried fresh anchovies, which I devoured, and a world-class cup of espresso. And a complimentary limoncello. Highly recommended for lunch when they're not very busy. It could be a very different experience at dinner duing the high season.
