Le Chef did a very good job, I cannot recall his/her name. I have to praise Etienne and Paula they did a great job showing us the food and waiting on us. I strongly recommend this nice restaurant.

Chic restaurant but not too much. Excellent and friendly service. Dinner very appreciated especially the knives in the plancha at the entrance. A very good address to try. At the height of the hotel.

We went there on a Saturday evening, we priced the return-of-market flat-out dessert formula at 33 euros. It's excellent, everything was at the rendezvous, flavors, presentation and quantity. Heartburn for sea knives and meringue pie! A good mouth is offered, pana cotta with excellent salmon. Very nice hotel dependent on the hotel of Seze. You will be perfectly received by a courteous and friendly staff. We eat very well and the kitchen is bistronomical. All for an excellent price-quality ratio. 17/20! We will return without hesitation.
