Bistro Creole - Bordeaux

Very disappointing experience. The restaurant opens at 19:00. When I ordered at 19:05 the waitress told me they only had one(! assiette creole. I ordered that but asked why only one. Was told it is because they use subcontractors. As it is the plate arrived 20 minutes later which I found incredible after the waitress’ s earlier comment. Poor presentation and dish generally. I was told they put extra acras as they missed some of the other ingredients. The best thing was the boudin and fried plantains. The acras were so oily i felt sick after eating half a dozen. I left 4 acras in the plate and told the waitress why. I don’t know what drug she was on as she asked me if I wanted a doggy bag!! Definitely not good value for 22 euros.

The food was flavorful but the service was terrible: took a long time to get our drinks didn’t know what was in the vegetarian dish (turns out there is a lot potatoes and what tastes like fake meat which I don’t eat) incorrect charge on the bill L

We had excellent service as we had an appointment in a hour and half. The service was perfect. We had a chicken curry plate and veggie plate. Nice bottle of wine. They had half bottles on the menu but didn't have any for our visit. Eat outside and watched the neighborhood children playing. Nice

High quality food prepared fresh and full of flavorI've eaten here 3 times, on each occasion choosing a different dish.

The room is small but well arranged. The service is correct. In any case, planters are excellent. For the kitchen I can't tell you more, I was just here to drink a drink.
