Bojangles - Boone

Went through the drive thru at 6:58pm on a Friday and inquired about a 20pc tailgate...we were feeding 10 people. Was told they didn 't have enough chicken for a tailgate at that time. I offered to wait if need be and was told we are not allowed to dropanymore chicken for the night . Ummmm ok so what are you going to do until you close at 11??? Called the other store 3 times noanswer, which I can understand...everybody is busy and short staffed right now. Went to KFC, they had everything I neededalready ready and it was roughly $25-$30 cheaper than what I have been paying at Bojangles. And everything was fresh! I lovebojangles but this experience upset me.

Very slow drive through. Missing half the order when I called I was simply told to come back even though we were already 20 min away and heading out of town. Did not even take a name or offer compensation. Would not recommend. Every other place can fixthings over the phone not Bojangles. Guess they lazy.

Love, love, love this Bojangles; the food is great and the people are nice. However, I have ordered from the restaurant via doordash many times, and the majority of the time they did not put what we ordered in in there. Today, two whole meals weremissing from our order. I understand they are super busy, but I feel like doordash orders should be treated the same as thoseplaced in the store.

Understaffed like everyone else, but they did a great job at 6 am. Quicker than expected. Order was correct and the person at the drive-thru was friendly.
