Great food! The salmon was amazing. My wife loved the pot roast. The bread pudding is worth the 112 mile one way drive just for the dessert. We love this place and will be coming back again.

So I am guessing it was a off night for everything. Me and my coworker sat and waited mayb 10 minutes for any service. The waitress was not very greeting off the start. The fish fry came out pretty fast. So being a Iresh pub my thoughts were the fish would b off the charts. Well it was just so so. I bet they make a very good Ruben though.

The food was just simply amazing! Service was fantastic too. Chris was our server and took great care of us. I can’t remember the last time I wrote a Google review but Shamrock Brewing Co blew me away.

We were on a road trip and decided to stop in Pueblo for lunch. I had picked Shamrock brewing because they had plenty of vegetarian options for my husband and seem to be dog friendly. We were warmly greeted and I ordered a stout, which was good, and my husband had a great sour beer, but I cannot rave enough about the Basil-Pesto Crusted Scottish Salmon served over sautéed artichoke hearts, spinach and roasted red peppers with Irish champ. I kid you not, this was the best salmon I’ve ever had in my life. This was one of the most delicious and flavorful dishes I’ve ever had where you could actually taste everything, including the salmon, the vegetables, the incredibly yummy and comfort, food, potatoes, And the wonderful coding. I was going to just eat half and save half for dinner, but I woofed the whole thing down. Service was great and next time we head to Pueblo, we will definitely be heading to Shamrock Brewing!

Had a cup of their really good cheese soup. Shared the fish and chips. The fish was really good. The bread pudding looked amazing at the table beside us. Had a great beer.
