Utilize The mobile app to order ahead. Order at 7:04 a.m. for a coffee. Order was not ready until 7:18 a.m.14 minutes is absolutely absurd for one coffee. Not a frou-foo drink. Not an extra hot hot with extra whip caramel drizzle.. A coffee. I guess Starbucks has lost touch with their Namesake.
1). Consistently UNDER-FILLS the cup by1/4 regardless type of coffee. i.e. Pay $7 get $5 worth of drink.2). Taking away the tray which dermarcate people's name on their drink was stupid. Customers are dumb enough before to pickup someone else's drink even though it wasn't their. And now Starbucks has replaced that system with decals of the alphabet on the counter. So now stupid customers can't tell an A from a C.3) speaking of stupid customers, the drive-thru arrows are meant for a specific direction. Why would you think to block ingress and egress by using the opposite directional arrow?Furthermore, why do you have to get off of the service road into the entrance at 100 mph and not care that someone may be exiting just to get your coffee fix attended to.Starbucks breeds stupidity with service and the customer drink it themselves and act that way themselves.
Got a cold venti oatmeal/ espresso and the barista filled the cup with more than half of it with ice. Paying high price for coffe and not even get what you paid for that kind of sucks
