Chicken Fiesta Midlothian

It was my first time there. A friend recommended it. The food and the service was really great. Just a bit too pricey for my taste. It’s going to be for special situations.

I am a Dasher and I picked up a large order at this location and the manager of the restaurant served me with very poor customer service and a lot of rudeness. She actually made me throw away a soda that was given to me complimentary because I needed to wait at their location for my Dash order of 14 items. I explained to her that usually other restaurants offer DASHERS a small free drink if they have to wait. She was very nasty and unprofessional and argued with me the whole time. What happened to the customers always right and I explained to her that I was a Dasher and she gave me mad disrespect. She refused to give me the name of her supervisor.

The flavors are amazing in every dish and the customer service has always been friendly, helpful, sweet and polite!

Small but clean restaurant. Great menu options and fast friendly service. Reasonable prices. Parking: In an awkward lot to turn into.

Staff rude stand around talking playing speaking in Spanish and laughing at customers will not be back to this location extremely rude
