Il Tinello - Bolzano

Pasta as fresh as it can... really recommend to eat here

This beautiful restaurant is usually visited by locals from Bolzano. It's a bit off the beaten path. It's a hidden jewel! It's a nice, nonsensical atmosphere. We had the homemade Tagiatelles with smoked salmon, shrimp and dried tomatoes. That was a real party for your taste buds! I can guarantee you a nice meal! The waiter was beautiful and speaks 3 languages, so the order is not a problem. The portions are quite large, so it really doesn't need an aperitator.

Food was delicious, wine as well. The place is really cozy, and people very kind. And the prices truly convenient. Loved the whole experience.

This was a recommendation from the bartender at Hotel Greif. It is a short walk from Walther Square and a good find. They make their own pasta and my meal was delicious. I will return to Il Tinello when I return to Bolzano!!! Note that the cat on the barrel photo is a modern day Fresco, which is all in the restaurant...
