L'e Bon Laboratorio - BOLOGNA

I was staying a few doors down so thought I check this place out. Glad I did. What a find. Proper home cooked food, small venue and my family really enjoyed our visit , everyone there made us feel so welcome. All the dishes we ordered were 10/10. The lasagna was amazing and totally different take to what I'm used to. We're in Bologna once a year so we'll return for sure :

It’s a corner shop with place for twelve people seated on high stools. A family had a stroller and a sleeping baby. Shared table for eight or counter top for four. Thick paper place mats and sealed bag with cutlery. This is not a fancy place but for starters it’s spotlessly clean. I had four warm artichoke heads with the smallest amount of olive oil for a starter. A small whole grilled chicken with rosemary potatoes was crispy skinned and succulent. A bottle of water and a glass of red wine left me very satisfied and all for 24€.

È la prima volta che metto piede in questo locale, sono in pausa dal lavoro e scelgo uno sformatino ai carciofi con salsa di formaggio. Lo sformato era fresco e di qualità ma non eccezionale anche perché insipido. Dopo averlo segnalato, previa richiesta di gradimento, mi è stato risposto che poi la gente si lamenta che è troppo salato. A me non pareva salato per nulla. La cosa però che più mi ha sorpreso è stato il prezzo: euro per quel piatto in sé mi sono parsi eccessivi, fino a avrei capito, oltre no.

Punto di riferimento ogni volta che vado a Bologna a trovare mia figlia.Piatti ottimi e abbondanti.Lasagne sublimi, mai assaggiate di così buone, polpette eccellenti, cotoletta alla bolognese senza parole e che dire della torta tenerona servita su una crema di mascarpone?Prezzi nella norma.Top
