Tamari Japanese Kitchen - Bolingbrook

Had made a reservation for my birthday dinner, but when I arrived with my family, found that it was closed due to electrical problems. I've eaten here before and although the food is good, the service is spotty they forgot to bring out one of the entrees at the first visit. I won't be going back

We arrived for our reservation only to see a sign saying there was an electrical issue and the restaurant was closed. Why did I not receive an email or phone call letting me know this was the case? It is extremely frustrating to be on a date with someone and arrive with the intention of eating sushi only to have this happen. We had to scramble to find another place to eat nearby since we had a movie we were attending afterwards

My husband and I love Tamari. Nice staff and the food is always excellent

Our waiter Kyle was absolutely excellent! We would request him again! Food here was awesome and this is our new favorite

I had a great experience at Tamari. The food was delicious, definitely we will be back soon
