The slices were as thin as the salmon typically used on nigiri and rolls, which was not what I was expecting for sashimi. When I opened the edamame, I noticed they hadn’t even filled the box like other restaurants do. Just the other day, I visited Sushi Bros, where I paid $14 for eight generous pieces of sashimi, and they packed the edamame box so full it was almost overflowing. I won't be returning here again; I recommend going to a different sushi restaurant.
The service is consistently excellent, and the atmosphere is both intimate and charming. I highly recommend trying the tempura vegetables, Katsudon, and any of their mochis.
The food is exceptional, making it one of the top sushi places in the area. The other dishes are just as tasty!
The new staff provided terrible customer service. They forgot half of my order and didn't even offer an apology. Additionally, they've raised prices and now add an automatic gratuity for takeout orders. I won't be returning, as there are many other sushi places in the city. The quality has really declined; the fish wasn't fresh, and the rolls were smaller than I remember. Our $100 sushi barely fed two people. I'm very disappointed and unsure why the quality has changed so much.
This is a fantastic little sushi restaurant! Everything tasted fresh and was beautifully presented. If you're looking for great sushi, this is a must-visit!
