Firehouse Subs Boiling Springs

The food is delicious. They forgot to give me my child's hat with their meal.

I really enjoy the sandwiches at this restaurant, but my sub barely had any meat on it. The best Firehouse Subs location is in Spartanburg on Pine Street, SC. The one in Boiling Springs, SC can be hit or miss. I will be going to the Spartanburg location from now on.

The service at this restaurant was terrible. It was my first and last visit here. I wasn't even acknowledged by the staff and had to ask for assistance. Eventually, a teenage boy came to take my order without saying a word, just putting his head down and hand near the screen. There was no communication throughout the entire interaction. When my order was ready, it was placed on the counter without any words spoken. All the employees, who were all teenage boys, did not exchange a single word. I must say, I was impressed, but not in a good way.

The Italian sub is grannies favorite. The kids working are always friendly when it comes to gran who is positive about what she wants.
