He mixed us some great aperitifs before dinner (the Lillet or amazing Negroni) then enjoyed the best flamcake and Rump Steak for dinner. The carving is also a winner....You can't go wrong with everything the menu has to offer. The room (formerly an old stable) is welcoming and warm with the old charm Germany has to offer!
