Meanwhile, the offer has become terrifying one-dimensional. The famous broth, Pho, has nothing more of the depth and aromatic diversity that was once offered. The warm beef salad is only a shadow of its own compared to the previous offers. The same applies to almost all dishes on the menu. Unfortunately, the warm and facing casualty of the staff has also been significantly lost. Shame
The quality has greatly diminished. The meat was grubbery and partly fat, a soup was really hot, but the other one lukewarm it just came out of the kitchen, the waiter replied. Maybe it's at Corona's conditional staff, but I'll see another visit.
31.05.14. Online 21.6.14 We reserved the restaurant for a birthday and stayed with 6 guests. The service was very friendly and explained and everything on demand. A reordering of food or other drinks was also possible at any time. The device is discreet and stylish. The tables can be pushed together. We sat on the big window, which can also be completely opened through the sliding doors, so that you sit almost outside. Eat I ordered the 36: Nhy Star Mixteller with 3 summer rolls: salmon, tofu, shrimp. The summer rolls were quite large and very saturating. After that you can only eat a main food if you (like me) are hungry. The summer rolls were served with a delicious, dark sauce. They should be eaten with sticks, but it was added with a smile that it would be easier for us with the fingers. The operation was right! As a main dish I ordered 16: fruity mangosalate with carrots, cabbage rabies, Vietnamese herbs, coriander, peanuts and chili and shrimps and the 45: rice ribbon noodle soup of a spice mixture (gwer, star anise, cinnamon, cardamom) served with onions, leek onions, soy seedlings and fresh herbs. The soup was served separately from the inserts, the mung bean sprouts, chili pieces and mint could be added to their own taste. Due to the very long band noodles and the sprouts the soup was a bit hard to eat, I took the fork to help. The tofu was not marinated, but baked with egg. The portion was very large and the soup cooled quite quickly. I found her very tasty. The magosalate was very special, very fruity and at the same time somewhat slack through the ginger and chili. The shrimps made a good contrast. Really a very successful combination. As dessert I ordered the 104: Trà Chanh (Heißer Zitronen Tee) lemons, ginger, mint with cane sugar. This was very refreshing and a delicious finish. All dishes have tasted very well and I found the spice mix clearly different from Chinese, Japanese or Korean. Through the coriander, ginger and mint the food was fresh and at the same time lightly sharp. It tasted good for all guests. Some made the banana with Klebreis on banana leaf as dessert and also praised it.
