It's a charming pub with a good choice of beer and, listen carefully, Strongbow cider (yes, plus points there because I'm a cider fan)! It is apparently one of the first bar / pubs in the Bermuda triangle. Opened in the 70s, used to have waitresses on roller blades (which I was expecting, but unfortunately it is no longer the case). The food is based on the french galettes: I took a ratatouille galette and our friend chose one option with mince meet. Very good, loved the dough, cheese was not overpowering, loads of veggies. Two of us ordered salads: a Ceasar salad for my husband and Italiano for our friend. Everybody happy. Service very friendly. Recommended!
A place to eat a Galette (savoury version of a crepe) or anything else (mostly fingerfood) and have a coffee or a few pints of Guinness. Liked it, will come back.
You can have gluten free pancakes here and cidre on tap. It is one of the nicest places in the 'Bermuda triangle'
I have been to this place a number of times over a few years and always recommend it to people looking for somewhere to eat late. It has a nice atmosphere, the food is good and reasonably priced.
It is nice combination of a bar and restaurant that a lot of the places in the 'Bermuda Triangle', the bar district of Bochum, don't really manage to pull off. You can go just for nice drink or a meal with friends and not have shout over the very loud music. The staff is usually quick but doesn't bother you. They specialize in crepes and galettes, which are both good and very filling. They offer many other great dishes as well.
