Bojangles - Blythewood

My name is Lee I have been coming in this Bojangles since it has been open, and I drive big trucks and trailers, not 18 wheelers, just box trucks pick ups things of that nature. Today I was told I could not come through the drive-through. I am now currently sitting in the drive-through going on about 10 minutes no food terrible service every time I come up here somebody needs to do something with this manager find someone that can run Bojangles with respect and dignity for their customers.

Manager did what he can to make sure everything was cool.

Food was horrible service was rude ordered a family meal they didn't even tell me that it came with a drink had me paying for four other drinks when the family meal came with a half gallon of sweet tea

Needs ppl that care about making the food and not there phones with ppl in line waiting to order there food.

Please correct your hours on your website, they are not correct you're never open at 5:00 in the morning nor are you open at 6:00 in the morning on the weekend.
