Kroger Deli - Blytheville

Poor customer service! Rude and disrespectful assistant store manager!The cake I purchased for my grandson’s birthday was garbage. We couldn’t even get the item we paid for and cannot get a refund for what they gave us. You are just taking a chance at this store. Always short staffed and the service desk is closed most of the time. They have the worst bakery and the worst service in town.

All the employees were wearing masks except one. Machella in the deli. I've never seen her wear a mask. Grosses me out that she is breathing covid all over the food. Kudos to the other employees.

The interior and exterior lighting is creepy and gloomy. It appeared clean and well stocked. Prices are significantly higher than other locations. Cashier did not speak or smile or thank me for shopping. No customer service.
