Domino's Pizza - Blue Ash

Pizza was amazing. Tots were soggy and wings (garlic parm) had no flavor.

Go love yourself, it shouldn 't take 2 hours to deliver a cheese bread 1.8 miles, and if it does, I don 't need Carla to tell me how busy and short staffed she is, get off the phone and get taller staff. I could do without the doomsday prophecy from Shane, too. According to him there 's only 45 days of electricity left on earth, which will bring the end of Domino 's as we know it. I suppose It would explain why it took him so long, if I was him, I wouldn 't care too much about delivering pizzas either.

We were incredibly impressed by the quality of food and service we received from this location this past weekend. We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn right down the street and we got hungry at about 10PM on Saturday. I tried to order a pizza on the app and had trouble figuring out how to order half Veggie and half Sausage, so I called the restaurant. The woman on the phone was so very helpful and just took my order on the phone. We gave them our address at the Hilton and in about 25 minutes we received a knock at our door and we were surprised when the Domino 's employee brought the Pizza and Parmesan Bread Bites to our room on the 3rd floor! How awesome was the door service! After that pleasant surprise, we dug into the food, and the first words out of my wife 's mouth were Wow, this is Domino 's? This is so good! I could not have agreed with here more-it tasted amazing!! And the Bread bites were absolutely incredible! We will for sure stay at this Hilton Garden hotel in the future-for the Dominos food!!

02/26/24 I stopped ordering Dominos for a long time as the quality and service has gone down at almost every location, but I gave it a chance today and ordered a couple pepperoni and cheese pizzas here at the Blue Ash location BEST DECISION EVER!! ?? Sara just made the best Dominos pizza I've had in well over 10 years, and even the delivery driver was patient as I was dealing with clients before I could acknowledge him. This staff is a complete 180 from what it used to be!!

Great. Quick preparation and tasty food. Courteous staff.
