Pizza Hut - Bloomington

When I arrived, the restaurant was clean, and I was promptly greeted by a friendly cashier and another staff member. I paid for my order with my card and was on my way. It had been years since I last had Pizza Hut, but the pizza was piping hot and delicious. The Cajun wings were hearty, slightly crispy, and packed with flavor. The Cinnabon mini rolls tasted like they were freshly picked up from a mall Cinnabon store. Originally, I didn’t plan on writing a review, but I was so impressed by the excellent customer service and meaningful interactions that I felt compelled to share my experience. Plus, the food was hot, fresh, and served quickly. It was the perfect treat for a guilty pleasure!

I mistakenly ordered my pizza incorrectly, but the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. I truly appreciate their willingness to provide me with the pizza I originally ordered, even though I was happy to eat what I had. Thank you for the friendly, efficient service and the delicious pizza!

The restaurant offers curbside pickup, but no one ever came out after I pressed the "I" button and eventually had to call. I ended up having to go inside because I was dressed in garden clothes and slippers, as I hadn't planned on getting out of the car. We paid extra for cheese, but it didn't seem like it, and the pizza had very little sauce.

The pizza was delicious, and it was hot and ready for pick-up!

I accidentally ordered my pizza wrong, but the staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. I really appreciate that they offered to make the pizza I intended to order, instead of just letting me settle for what I had. Thank you for the friendly, fast service and the delicious pizza!
