They do not answer their phones, fail to inform you if there is any specific type of dough used, and are completely unprepared for dinner service. As a former Pizza Hut employee who left in 2014, I can say that the work ethic (if you can even call it that) displayed here is unacceptable. I will never order from this place again. Additionally, the manager gave me a dirty look and did not even acknowledge me, and we left with soggy pizzas on a wire rack, which I'm sure she just throws away due to their poor quality.
We ordered pizza, breadsticks, and 4 sodas for delivery. The first delivery arrived without the sodas. The driver returned with only 3 sodas. We called again and were told they would try to send the driver back out with the missing soda. Very disappointing service.
I am disappointed to say that my recent experience with this restaurant was extremely frustrating. We ordered a pizza for delivery and had to call twice in the hour after placing the order. When the pizza finally arrived half an hour late, it was someone else's order and the food was barely warm, if not cold. When we called to inquire about the mix-up, the person who answered the phone was rude and unhelpful. It took us another half an hour just to speak to a manager. This whole ordeal ruined our evening. Despite giving them multiple chances, we will not be ordering from this place again. It's a shame because they used to be the best pizza place in the city. What went wrong?

Went from a fixable situation with an easy solution to escalation complaint to corporate.I ordered a pizza with bacon and pineapple but received a pizza with ham and pineapple (it 's a big deal in my house! . So I called the store for a replacement and they insisted that I return the incorrect, used and possibly contaminated pizza with the unfortunate delivery driver and that they would only be allowed to give me the correct replacement pizza (hot and fresh in their car if I gave it to them. We 've been sick (I explained that, too . So then I asked for a manager, was already speaking to him and he was very unpleasant. I asked for the district manager and luckily she was right there but she was more insistent and unpleasant than the manager. She even gave me the wrong number to corporate help line. She was talking bad about me after she thought she put me on hold. It hurt my feelings they way she insulted me for lying and being a theif. She even told me directly that What you ordered is what you got. That is the end of my personal experience with this specific Pizza Hut on Hamilton St. in Bloomington IL.Corporate refunded my money and took a report.
