Overall a good place to dine in or take away. The staff are very friendly. Good place to hang out for some time during lunch or dinner time.Vegetarian options: It is limited to some dishes, not many to choose from.

The man cashier, after 9pm doesn't like to take orders and he's very rude.

I have been here twice and both times this overweight lady at the register has been very rude to me even when I have been nothing but nice. Because I placed an order of 5 burgers she rolled her eyes at me and told me to do this online. Excuse me but you have one simple job to take an order for a burger. Such entitlement to have attitude because I am making an order at the register. If the management sees this please look at the other reviews I am not the only one who has dealt with this lady. You need someone new at the register or need to train her.

A member of my family was discriminated for being latino and not speak English like an U.S.A citizen, the rude person was an overweight black woman, I don't know what her problem is with Mexicans.

I 've had Five Guys multiple times in the past, and it 's always been great! However, our visit today could have been better. Food: 3/5 My usual order is a bacon cheeseburger with mushrooms and onion. Yum! This time, I ordered a hamburger all the way (all the toppings) just to try it out. The burger had good flavor, but the bun was really soggy. I ended up taking it off and eating the rest with a fork. The fries were also very soggy, which is so disappointing for Five Guys because their food is usually SO GOOD! Service: 5/5 We were greeted as soon as we walked into the building. You have some real hospitality! Ambiance: 5/5 There were a couple other people inside eating, but the restaurant was clean and kept up nicely. Also loved the peanuts to snack on while waiting for our food.
