Valle - BLD Oceanside

I would highly recommend Valle to friends and family. The experience was amazing. Everyone was very attentive from the moment we walked in. The staff made me feel welcome and extremely special for my birthday celebration. The fall menu is amazing and the food experience was phenomenal.

First time coming to Valle Guadalupe Valley Kitchen. I have to say the attention to detail and service was absolutely what you expect from a restaurant of this magnitude. We loved our experience from the moment we entered the door. They have mocktails which were fabulous! We ate the four course meal and added appetizers as shown in my picture. My favorite of the four course meal was my squid ink ceviche! Shout out to Chinky who prepared it this evening! Very delicious! We were surprised to find that the chef sent out little extra dishes that made it that much more of an experience. The chef also came out and spoke to us! He was very kind and experienced in his craft! We definitely recommend this for a dinner date !

Excellent evening at Valle service is top notch across the board from the hostess, server, som and the GM. We had particularly good engagement w/ the GM (Mina) who clearly has pride in the restaurant and food. Also the Som (Nick) is amazing. 4 course tasting menu w/ wine pairing is a must. I love wine and was pleasantly surprised by the Valle offerings Merlot is super unique and total stand out. Chard is excellent too. Can't recommend this place enough don't waste your time at 333. Valle is the best dining Oceanside has to offer. Period.

This place offers you nothing but First class in all categories! First off, our server was amazing (Asami). She started us off with a champagne toast to celebrate our engagement. She was well knowledgeable of all our dishes we chose, and her service was exceptional. Second, the food was nothing less than amazing! Full of flavor and well prepared! You can feel that the chef really takes pride in his craft in each and every plate. Third, each time we finished a course and they picked up our plates, they also wiped the table clean and prepared us for the next course meal. And lastly, the view from our table made it feel as if we were on the beach enjoying the sunset. We give Valle Five Stars across the board and will definitely be coming back soon.

This was a wonderful experience.. start with a sunset view with palm trees and people watching add a 4 course tasting menu of unique and inspired dishes, great service and a personal sommelier for your custom wine pairing and you basically have magic. Welcome to first class dining Oceanside... side note that maybe the city should consider a volume limit to the concerts in the music bowl below. It was pretty loud; and if it isn't your favorite type of music it could ruin a very expensive and special meal.
