Dixie Confexions did an AMAZING job on my wedding cake. Very nice, very fair and very tasty! I have exactly what I wanted and the cupcakes were also delicious! To support large family businesses. The cake tasting with them was like hanging with the family. They were so friendly and customer service oriented to help me get exactly what I wanted for my wedding day. I highly recommend them!

Jody's is truly the best, without a doubt! Everything she creates is simply amazing. We hired her for our wedding, and now we're eager to return whenever we're in town to grab some treats. Everything we've ordered has been absolutely mouthwatering! Both cakes were phenomenal. The coconut cake is the most moist and dreamy dessert I've ever had. And I must mention the cheesecake... it's to die for! I can't stop dreaming about the classic cheesecake! Here's what we had: Cake: coconut with coconut buttercream and coconut flakes. Groom's cake: chocolate with chocolate mousse filling and chocolate cheesecake. Plus, we enjoyed mini cannolis and a variety of macarons (almond, vanilla, salted caramel, and red velvet).

Dixie Confections is the go-to spot for special event cookies in Blairsville, GA, and the surrounding region. The cookies are beautiful, individually packaged, and very affordable! I highly recommend it—10/10!

Jody made my wedding cake last year, and it was absolutely perfect—delicious and very reasonably priced. Unfortunately, our cake didn't make it to our first anniversary because it was just too good, so we decided to order a smaller version for ourselves this year! Jody was incredibly friendly and even remembered the decoration of our original cake (a gold funnel with flowers between the cedars) and replicated it for us! I was genuinely surprised; she truly went above and beyond! I wholeheartedly support this local business, and you won't regret it!

Dixie Confexions bakery of Blairsville, GA provided the wedding cake for our daughter’s wedding in September 2021 at The Ridges Resort on Lake Chatuge, Young Harris, GA.
