Subway - Blackstone

Do not visit this restaurant. The place is not clean, workers are paid below minimum wage, and the equipment doesn't work properly. The staff doesn't follow proper hygiene practices, so it's best to avoid this place to prevent getting sick.

This is the worst Subway I have ever been to in my life. I wasn't greeted and the person making my sandwich seemed to ignore me. After waiting for a couple of minutes, a lady finally came out and I ordered a footlong wheat bread sandwich. She informed me that they only had 6-inch sandwiches available, so I agreed to that instead. When I asked for extra pickles, she said they were reserved for other customers who hadn't arrived yet. I reminded her that I was a paying customer as well.

This restaurant unexpectedly closes during their scheduled opening hours. They are closed during midday on weekends and do not offer Teriyaki chicken on their menu.

On Friday, 16 June 2021, especially during a life-threatening Kovid-19 crisis, an important health issue occurred. while in the opposite my wife, sister in law and I chose a subway restaurant in blackstone, ma, and I was in a line that I would consider forever. the personal as well as the loading manager appeared very disorganized as if they all did not know what they did! but the biggest problem for me was that I watched a worker who repeatedly did not change his gloves between customers, as well as moving from register to the food area! all the patrons before me did not seem to care or mention comments. when it was my turn, he put his same gloves back when I brought him to his attention after he asked me what I wanted to eat. I then told him what he did and reminded him that there was a new Kovid-19 policy in the restaurant industry, to remove gloves, sanitize their hands and put a new few gloves. I am a rn and a sanityer of 37 years and very conscious of health rules! I think his personal policy was to ignore this fact, and I even wonder if he is lazy and wash his hands after the use of the bathroom. I wanted to report the problem to the clustered and disorganized manager, but I couldn't see him anymore. we are at any rate in the midst of a deadly pandemic, and the worker is just an example of how easy it is to transfer Kovid-19 through food and surface contact. the manager as well as the employee should be reported as a violation against the restaurant industry to the department for health of massachusetts. Moreover, the company should be bred and the entire staff should be moved in the right process. unpredictable, I have not the chance to make a photo as proof, but the whole problem is one of common sense, and nothing is absolutely disgusting! I have friends and a large family living in blackstone, ma, and they can be sure that they and I never even think about the subway shop again and again! victor caron

This store has a trend of randomly closing during normal hours without notice. It's your average subway if you can get in. But they also close during lunch time on weekends. So good luck.
