Ew! Hair in my food after paying so much during inflation and the guy in the drive thru wasn’t kind and was covered in whiteheads. Appetizing.

Ordered through doordash. Food was good but no biscuits received. Food bag was not sealed either.

I ordered (and paid) via their website. Once I arrived 45 minutes later to p/u my order, they claimed to have had no record of it despite the fact that I had a confirmation email, an order , etc. I 'm giving them 2 stars because after some frustrating back 'n forth, they eventually spotted my order in the KFC system, and the meal was very good. Moral of the story, don 't order in advance.
