Noodlezip - Bismarck

My friends and I have tried dry pho, beef pho, shrimp wanton noodle, spicy seafood noodle. All of them were amazying! This is the only place that you can try DRY PHO and it was my NO.1 pho in my life!! Chef is a Pho EXPERT!! (Asian food expert!! Chef was super nice and the restaurant was super cute : There is a huge room for the special events!! I would say this is the hot place in Bismarck!

This cute restaurant serves Thailand and Vietnamese cuisine and is located at Main Street . We had our dinner at this place and it’s been a while since I came here. That was pre pandemic and the place is quite small , but today, I was surprised ! It’s now spacious! They occupied the other room and it’s nice and cozy feeling. The food was GREAT! The Hanoi Chicken Pho is consistently delicious every time we visit!

This is the only place in town where I will go to get Pho. I always order takeout, and they never skimp on portions just because it's a to-go order. Even after the 10-minute drive home, the broth is still piping hot. The vegetables are fresh, crisp, and appear to be hand-picked by the chef/owner. The noodles are fantastic, and I can tell that Noodlezip makes them in-house. It's the ultimate comfort food that can make anyone feel a little better when they're under the weather. We also love their Thai iced teas, pork pot stickers, and honey shrimp; these sides are delicious on their own, and the accompanying sauces are a perfect match. The dining area is small, clean, always bustling, and it seems like they're expanding. The decor gives Noodlezip an authentic and trendy vibe, with a few chefs working out in the open for customers to watch. If you enjoyed my review, please give it a thumbs up. Thank you.

I had the beef Pho with a side of kimchi and it was delicious! I highly recommend it!
