Good staff but the music was so loud I couldn't hear myself. I suggest people that order in the store should get meals made before delivery

Good food, service. Music too loud to have a conversation with family.

Food is good, but service is painfully slow. They only have 2 people making sandwiches and lots of customers waiting during lunch time. And other employees doing absolutely nothing. It’s freezing cold inside (winter) and the music is way too loud. I used the app to order, but waited inside for it to be ready. Took 40 minutes from order to getting my sandwich.

They are always happy and take care of you like you’re the only person that has an order

I have always enjoyed Jimmy Johns subs. But when we stopped in today for lunch the cashier was very unpleasant. My husband I both ordered one sandwich out total was more than $21. We changed our minds and chose to eat elsewhere.
